One Way Water Polo is dedicated to promoting the sport of water polo in the Santa Maria and Orcutt area and to provide athletes of all ages the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop through skills training and team play.
     Workouts are held every Sunday at the Paul Nelson Aquatics Center (PNAC) in Santa Maria. There are programs for youth (ages 7 and up) and masters (ages 18+).  The first two sessions are free so come give it a try!  Check out the Calendar (or look below) for the next workout times.
